I have learnt so much about the secret life of politicians in the last 5 seconds.

Ugh I hate not being able to see things D: I've been following the BBC live news feed for this for a few days now (Friday). It's weird. This time last week, I knew almost nothing about politics at all. Now I find I know a bit more about it than others at my school do. That's... strange... Also, Boris J's kid saw the "meat in coalition sausage" video for the first time today. There was lots of cringing. (The class then proceeded to call Jeremy Paxman an arsehole. Stupid Tory south. )

Mad props to the G Man. Giving up leadership to f*ck over the Tories? What a man.

Yes, Tories and Lib Dems have finally struck a deal, it would seem.

You know something? I would happily punch Nick Clegg's face in to a f*cking bloody pulp. That f*cking sell-out, taking-it-in-the-ass-from-the-right-wing's-grotesque-c*ck wanker has sold my goddamn vote to the Tories, and I take it as a personal offence.

I'm waiting to see how policies and so forth turn out. I'll be happier voicing an opinion once I've heard a few more details of this deal they've made. One party or the other is going to be making some pretty serious compromises (shut up I can't spell) and I sure as hell hope it's not just going to be the Lib Dems.
But, hey; I'm known for giving folks the benefit of the doubt. It's a bad habit that I ought to get out of, really.

Give up on any optimism you may have, Trin. The Tories are evil and they will not give a KIPPERS for what the Lib Dems or the 2/3rds of the population who are decent people want.

Now, you see, because of the position I find myself in with regards to the people I have to share space with on a day-to-day basis, I need to be able to back up my strong dislike of the Tories with up-to-date evidence. That is why I am waiting for details.
So far:
