In the long gone year of 1996, two games which would mark a generation were released in Japan: Pocket Monsters Red and Pocket Monsters Green. The Green version was eventually polished and released as Pokémon Blue in the rest of the world, in 1998 (US) and 1999 (EU and AU) along with Pokémon Red.
Two years after Red and Green were released in Japan, a third (fourth if you count Blue) version of these games was released: Pokémon Yellow. This game was based on the animé - your starter Pokémon was Pikachu, although you could eventually get Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur, and you fought the infamous Jessie and James many times throughout the adventure.
Who the hell AM I, you might be wondering? Well, most people know me as FE and, judging by the number of Pokémon games I own, I'm Nintendo's whore.
As for why I'm LPing this game... Honestly, at first, it was just an impulse thing, which is why I didn't even write a decent first post. Now that I actually know what I'm doing, I'd say I'm motivated to do this because I've always liked Pokémon, I've always wanted to spread my (assumedly limited) knowledge of this series, and because I'm certain that deep inside, I am a really egotistical person who just wants to show off.
Lightnix shows us the uncensored version of the first display of Jack's rage.
Darkangel brings us this wonderful piece.
Tené had to channel the anger of all the little kids who bought a Magikarp from this man in order to draw this.
