Decoy, decoyee and decoyeur are words representing the decoy (hurr durr), the person that placed the decoy and the person that fell for the decoy, respectively, so I don't see why rapee should be one. Although it does sound a little wierd: "I was the rapee today." 'Raped' would fit better in that sentence. EDIT: Or just say "I got raped."
