Man, I thought Rayman 1-3 were awesome. What the hell, Ubisoft, stop making stupid minigame collections and make Rayman 4. Rabbids Go Home isn't a mini-game collection. Oh. Well, it still isn't Rayman 4. Uh...so >>

(in my opinion... Sonic Heroes... SatBK were good). Surely you meant to reverse these two games?

No.
I personally liked all the Sonic games except for 2006 and Game Gear Spinball.

I actually liked GG Spinball. Those hidden boxes had me really freaked out in my younger days. In the meantime, let's talk about Sonic 2 GG. Why is the first boss incredibly hard?

After doing some research, I have data that it was easier on the Master System due to the larger screen and larger playground.
Why did I grew up with the wrong side of the stick!? ºAº

What is a Master System anyway? And why did SEGA come out with an inferior console after the Mega Drive was so popular?
I'm really confused.
Okay, I looked it up, and it turns out that the Master System came first, which is confusing since the Mega Drive is also called the 'Genesis' and there are also Sonic games on the Master System. Why did they make those? Can't they have just gone with the Mega Drive?

It's the same as PS3 games being released today that still have a PS2 version released too.
Some people couldn't afford a Mega Drive.

The MS was the generation before the MD/Genesis. It was soundly beaten by the NES, but it did reasonably well in Europe/Australia, and apparently sold like hotcakes in South America. Hence why a lot of the 8-bit pirate Sonic games come out of Brazil.
And my first experience of a Sonic game was Sonic 1 Master System. That god-damned Jungle Zone and its GOD-DAMNED waterfall...

So actually answering the topic of this thread, I enjoy far too many types of video games for me to pick any kind of favorites. I could probably narrow it down by one-game-per-genre, but that'd still be a hugemassive list that nobody wants to see.
The first videogame I've (according to like everyone in my family) ever played was Sonic 2, and somehow I got to Mystic Cave before a game over. I must've been around four years old, I don't even remember it.

I remember playing Sonic 3 as a child. My first game was probably one on the MegaDrive, although I can't be sure which one. My uncle had a number in his collection.
The first console we actually had in the house, though, was either GBC or N64, not sure which came first. Good times.

First vidya I played was GoldenEye 64. Thus, I had a better childhood than the lot of you and your pitiful Sonic vidya.

My first game was Super Mario World. My childhood gaming record is pretty amazing considering most people in this country started playing games when Halo 3 came out.
