I've been listening to nothing but communist music lately. Not exactly because I think it's the most amazing thing in the world, but because my laptop is filled with only that and I've been forced to use it for a few days. Now, most of it is very very nice (about half of the propaganda songs from the USSR are incredible, as well as DPRK stuff), and very very impressive. There's some very good stuff out there, but there is also a bit of a dark side to it all. Albanian music especially, about 50% of it is either ungodly boring or nigh-unlistenable unless you have an arab fetish. And no, this has no relation whatsoever to the fact that I have a goosestepping Eggrobo as my avatar, the first stanza of the Soviet Anthem as my sig, and Stalin as an avatar pretty much anywhere else. Nope. None at all. If for some reason this post convinced someone to go out and get some (strange person), there's always sovmusic.ru. Nicely translated english section, tons of music. I second this, but only because I also like world/military music. I actually thought all the Albanian stuff I heard was pretty cool, but whatever.

Papa Roach I've heard this song a few times, but i've only just realised it's a remake of the song above (partly because a week ago, I didn't know of the first one's existence ) And of course...

@warspawn: Papa Roach is pretty good, yes. I'm not into it much, but I have friends that like it a lot.
But dammit, dude. You had to pick songs from Papa Roach and you didn't pick Carry Me? What the hell is wrong with you?
But Hollywood Whore is a pretty good song, too.

You had to pick songs from Papa Roach and you didn't pick Carry Me? What the hell is wrong with you? NOOOOO, I momentarily forgot about that song. But yeah, i've only been into this band like a few months, but most of the albums i've got (excluding the first one).

Editors is pretty good, in my opinion. I just don't listen to it much.

I recommend Hyper and Junkie XL to the SVers of the world. They're the two electronica bands I've been listening to lately. Junkie XL doesn't put out consistently good songs, though, so don't discount him if you don't like a few. Mushroom is my personal favorite.
I'm not posting any videos here since the music video versions of these songs are much shorter and don't do justice to the quality of the music.

BUCKETHEAD TIME
I never realised this guy has released at least 3 albums this year alone. Although, there is not one I can find in stores around here.
