ololol i should've known you liked Breaking Benjamin. But yeah, it's alright. This is one of the only songs i've heard by them so far outside of Rock Band 2

So I heard about Electric Six today and their song Gay Bar.
What the hell?

Ugh, I don't like Electric Six. I like "dance-punk" music (Apparently, that's what Wikipedia calls it), just don't like them.

Electric Six are awesome - if nothing else, for how hilarious most of their songs are.
Edit: Admittedly their cover of Radio Gaga was horrendous.

I second the notion that That Handsome Devil and Electric Six are pretty awesome.

I'm currently on a Greg Howe binge. I need some more of his albums, but "Sound Proof" is a great album. I'm hooked on "Side Note". Some great motifs in there.

I've been listening to nothing but communist music lately. Not exactly because I think it's the most amazing thing in the world, but because my laptop is filled with only that and I've been forced to use it for a few days. Now, most of it is very very nice (about half of the propaganda songs from the USSR are incredible, as well as DPRK stuff), and very very impressive. There's some very good stuff out there, but there is also a bit of a dark side to it all. Albanian music especially, about 50% of it is either ungodly boring or nigh-unlistenable unless you have an arab fetish.
And no, this has no relation whatsoever to the fact that I have a goosestepping Eggrobo as my avatar, the first stanza of the Soviet Anthem as my sig, and Stalin as an avatar pretty much anywhere else. Nope. None at all.
If for some reason this post convinced someone to go out and get some (strange person), there's always sovmusic.ru. Nicely translated english section, tons of music.

Yeah, it's pretty good.
I still think the old Foo Fighters is better, but some of the new songs are really good, too.

I have only heard one of their new songs, which is the one above, but I hope that they all at least hold a candle to their older ones (Wolfmother sure did ).

Well, about the newest songs, Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace was a pretty good album. It's still not better than There Is Nothing Left To Lose or The Color And The Shape, but it's still awesome.
