osu.ppy.sh/Okay, this game is AWESOME. It's basically Osu! Takae! Quendan! (or Elite beat agents), but it's completely customizable. You download the songs from the website (Known as Beatmaps). Or you an make your own songs with an awesome user-friendly beatmap editor/creator. Then there's customizable skins, online leaderboards, In-game chats etc. Sorry if this is insanely old and you all have already played it to death.

Looks complicated and beyoond me. Well, I'd need to lear it's concept. But I at least understand the Japanese scoring system. S means SH*************T YOU'RE AWESOME The big circle means Pass. Wasn't quite S++ though

Sadly I can't install it because th e DirectX requirements are full of fail. I mean, I have DirectX 9.0c for Christ's sake, you'd think that's compatible but nooooo.

Never really liked EBA. A rhythm game should have an extremely simple premise, then throw KIPPERStons of notes at you, not a complex premise with a few notes.

Never really liked EBA. A rhythm game should have an extremely simple premise, then throw craptons of notes at you, not a complex premise with a few notes. There's a LOT of notes in the harder difficulty levels. And it isn't THAT complex. Just tap the circle when the ring lines up with it, what's so hard about that?

Meh, the problem is a lot of the fun for me is tapping the beats, the mouse isn't really that useful for a game like this and I'm too poor/cheap to get a tablet or something.

I don't know, it's more that I prefer the "hit it and leave it at that" feel I get from Guitar Hero and DDR. Hits and holds, that's all. With EBA, you have to hit various circles in sequence as well as trace along a path for holds.
