Shedinja - Shadow Sneak, Toxic, X-Scissor, Swords Dance
Spiritomb - Hypnosis, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind, Hidden Power


Basically, all these pokemon will inflict status problems one way or another, simply done, it will piss off the other players.

Confuse Ray + Paralyze = Win
Got Physical Attackers? Will-o-wisp. Cuts attack and does damage.

Need Power? Gengar and Froslass. They have awesome attack and on top of that Status Inflictions.

Dusknoir and Spiritomb are tanks.

Shedinja is a god send. He has 1 HP, but all attacks don't effect it except if its a super effective attack. (a.k.a. Fire)

The closest to snipers for Pokemon are Octillery and Drapion since they can have 'Sniper' as an ability. But Octillery's better. It's a fire and electricity breathing octopus. Doesn't get much better than that, seriously. Other than ursaring. But Snore becoming a special move RUINED HIM D: Well, not quite. Mr. Grizz's moveset has died, though.

In relation to the contest, without overcomplicating my current plans for actual team with a movelist for each one, it will consist of Feraligatr, Blaziken, Torterra and Yanmega. Still undecided on the other two. Magnezone and Lucario are ideas.

For humour and plain annoyance, a team of Shuckle, all maxed HP and defenses, obviously. My previous (highly effective) Shuckle moveset had been: Rest, Toxic, Substitute and Double Team. Other than something that can take out Steel and Poison types, well, would take a while to kill off. If one doesn't manage to get too many Double Teams in. If Shuckle was in Generation I, Wrap is off course a must have. I believe the hold item Grip Claw prolongs this type of move to five turns by default also? Leftovers is better, but that would get pretty annoying.

Taking into account the core players of Pokémon are young kids, in order to frustrate my opponent, I would use Garry Glitter.

I, like most rational people, hate Pokémon with high HP and Defense stats.

Coincidentally, I also hate being put to sleep. Of course, it was even worse in Gen1, where you couldn't attack in the turn you wake up.

Just for those who haven't played Gen1 much, here's an explanation: if this Victreebel is faster than your Pokémon and none of its moves miss, it is essentially unbeatable, I believe.
