You know it's possible to make him look surprised without making his pupils smaller than the pixels he's made out of right?

You know it's possible to make him look surprised without making his pupils smaller than the pixels he's made out of right? I know, but this isn't surprise. It's more like: "...BLARGH."

You know it's possible to make him look surprised without making his pupils smaller than the pixels he's made out of right? I know, but this isn't surprise. It's more like: "...ninja." So he just decided to say "BLARGH" without any expression whatsoever? He felt completely indifferent about the whole situation? He just magically made his eyes smaller for no apparent reason? Like or not, it's shock. Dumbass.

Like or not, it's shock. Dumbass. Shock and surprise are two completely different things, in case you didn't know yet. That, and read Cheesy's post.

Microscopic pupils are considered the universal comic expression for "OH SHI-", Bish. They have been for a while. And since when were "OH SHI-" and shock different? And since when were shock and suprise different? Served? No, I think i'm just surrounded by idiots who refuse to believe that cartoon characters don't have the most expansive facial expressions in the world, especially 8-bit Megaman sprites. Yes, because an 8-bit Megaman sprite will be able to portray each subtle difference between different levels of shock. Next thing you know we'll be arguing the fact that a smile can mean either happy, pleased, or "yay". Plus one little moron who's trying his hardest to defend his artistic vision of drawing pupils in shock/suprise/oh shi-.
