And since when were "OH SHI-" and shock different? And since when were shock and suprise different? Odd, I always considered them the same thing, at least with cartoon characters.
As far as I remember, "OH SHI-", shock, AND suprised ALWAYS = small pupils, regardless of context.
Throughout this my original point was lost, purely because of which word I decided to use; "Using pixels smaller than the sprite = No no."

Well, in the context of this comic, shock and surprise are basically the same.
And as for the small pupils... Eh, it's the easy way out.
