Not a single post in 5 TO 3 DAYS.
Should we hold a burial ceremony...? maybe post it in the Sonic Retro Obituaries....?
Hell, it was Kulock's, Neo's, Shard's and Trin's birthdays and nobody did anything...
Man... the times sure have flied by. I guess this might mean we could open our little time capsule early... if we still have a Mod...

ITS NOT DEAD WHEN I'M STILL HERE. >:c
When was that thing to be opened, anyway? I only remember that I wasn't in it for whatever reason.

When was that thing to be opened, anyway? 2012... ...I don't think SV will live for another year like this...

Eh, SV tends to go through phases of activity and inactivity. That said it's not a wonder nobody's posting, BLARGH all ever happens on here any more - what's the point?

Part of it is that our unique selling point, hoaxing, is kind of a dying art. Most people that would do hoaxes went into spriting and sprite comics since there's less rules and ROM hacking has solved most of the mysteries of the old Sonic games. Other part is that the site isn't catered to younger Sonic fans, so the oldbies are getting older and have lives and no young blood is coming in. There's probably more reasons we're dying, but those are just my thoughts.

I think it's because there's not enough sex appeal. We need more sex appeal

I think it's because there's not enough sex appeal. We need more sex appeal I'm not convinced, other Sonic boards tried that and it ended pretty badly.

Seeing how I wasn't here for the early SV years, what was the most active year that SV ever had?

A while before the crash, I would imagine. So probably about 08/09.
Also, D00D64. And his comics. Sonic AIDS? I think it was Sonic AIDS. Also others.
Man, we've had some good times and some cool peeps. ;_; And you know I'm serious cause I'm not using a sideways emoticon.

Are there even that many younger Sonic fans anymore? A quick look around Smack Jeeves says yes. It's just that we're dicks and nobody likes us anymore.

If you're that concerned about activity here, perhaps another community project is in order?
