Any FREE survey makers?

I need to create a survey for my dissertation, but it seems to be impossible to find a free one that doesn't have stupid limitations.

Survey Monkey only allows you to create 9 questions before it asks you for money, Free Online Surveys only allows you to collect 50 responses before you need a subscription...UGH.

Seriously, can anyone help me here?

I've just tried it out, and it is brilliant! It has all the features of Survey Monkey, more formatting options, and you only have to pay for advanced customer support!

Will finish the survey tomorrow, and then start pimping it out everywhere after christmas (I doubt anyone will want to do a survey during christmas day/eve).
