Ugh... Forget the cruelty. What kind of irresponsible selfish bastards let their cats outside? The second that thing steps out the door it should be considered a pest. There is not one other animal that is allowed to run wild in the streets, its ridiculous. I hope it gives the owner's children fleas.

According to the news, the RSPCA have found the woman.
And shes getting police protection since everyone is making death threats against her.

She must've been twisted in the head. Why else would she do that to a helpless cat, let alone, one that doesn't belong to her?

It was on the news again, this time I Rofl'd.
They shown the recording to the woman who did it and asked why she did it, and she replied "Thought it would be funny" and when they started telling her about the charges for animal cruelty she will be facing, she says "I cant believe your all being worked up over a stupid cat."
