I was gonna put this in the Music and Band Discussion, but it might've been better to make a thread about it here.
Anyway, seeing how Tim Schaffer might be considering a Brutal Legend 2, if you play the game/like the music in the Mouth of Metal, what song/s do you want to appear on it if they either release the sequel, or maybe release additional songs through DLC?
I am really hoping that any of these songs make it on there:
Paradise City by Guns N' Roses Lost by Avenged Sevenfold Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne (most likely) Dante's Inferno by Iced Earth The Fecal Rebellion by Mirrorthrone Jordan by Buckethead Stone Cold Crazy by Queen Master of Puppets by Metallica Ride The Lightning by Metallica Clouds Over California by DevilDriver Evil by Mercyful Fate/King Diamond (most likely) Raining Blood by Slayer Breaking The Law by Judas Priest (most likely) Ace of Spades by Motorhead (most likely) Would? by Alice In Chains Murmaider II: The Water God by Dethklok Girls, Girls, Girls by Motley Crue Street Lethal by Racer X Bolt In My Heart by Racer X Nymphetamine (Fix) by Cradle of Filth Tribute by Tenacious D (that would be awesome) Sweating Bullets by Megadeth.
And i'll stop there.
So, what songs do you think would also be awesome to include on BL2/DLC?

Review the list from the first game. Review your list. See what you have done wrong?

out of all of the Queen songs, you picked that one? Why didn't you choose something more epic like The Prophets' Song, or something more metal-ish like Death on Two Legs?
Also, BLARGH Metallica.

If there would be a Brutal Legend 2 (which doesn't really seem likely but very well) it should be more representative of current trends in metal, i.e. the rise of both thrash-influenced metalcore and post-hardcore-metal-wannabe rubbish (hinted on in the first game, but seemed more like a stab at nu-metal and post-grunge of the late 90's/early 00's). Please God, no. The last thing I need to see in a metal-centric game is a bunch of Killswitch Engage and Three Days Grace songs. I wouldn't mind some crossover thrash like Suicidal Tendencies or alt-metal like Deftones or Melvins, but none of that Billboard horsecrap. out of all of the Queen songs, you picked that one? Why didn't you choose something more epic like The Prophets' Song, or something more metal-ish like Death on Two Legs?. I best guess is because either Metallica covered it or it was in GH: Metallica. That said, if another game is made, I hope it has more sludge, drone, and funk-metal this time around. Heck, throw some powerviolence in there for all I care.

I think there should be good music in the game.
