There's a definate advantage to tracked drums (being able to change stuff on the fly).. the downside is the almost lose the "human" aspect of it.. unless you've got one of those patches with a sample for each velocity. Me, I've just got a sample for each drum instrument (kick, hat, snare, tom, cymbal, ride), then leave everything else as audio (electric guitar doing guitars and bass through the amp, pads/synth from the keyboard, and vocals if I so choose). Worst case scenrio, I could have close to a dozen channels in Audacity, with the drums being just one of those.. Unless I choose to split that up into seperate instruments, in which I've got close to 20. ..But I'm still testing this whole setup, of course.  |

Finally got the new computer working.  Obviously it's going to take a while before every program that I used on the old one is on the new one (although it's a little concerning how some stuff is in the Program Files (x86) folder - this being a minor problem in one instance, because I can't get Sony Vegas 8 installation that I was using in XP SP3 32-bit to.. ahem.. "work" in 7 64-bit, if you catch my drift. (only have the trial installed)) |

Also yeah Blazblue should have been what GG2 Overture was.
And GG2 should not have been a KIPPERLY RPG/Strategy/Hack+Slash 360 exclusive.
Actually nothing should ever be what GG2:O was.
Still can't get my head around Blazblue's plot. May have something to do with not having Continuum Shift but still...
