My katakana skills are a little rusty, and it doesn't help that 'shi' and 'tsu' look mostly identical.
The kana itself says 'tsutaaja', but I can see why they'd romanise it to 'tsutarja'. IMO it looks awful, but I guess it seems more natural to English-speakers.

I was kinda making a Mexican "ya", which is kind of like a japanese "ja"
Eco kinda pronounces it like I do. Why don't we just use the pronunciation from the vid, shall we?

Someone else pointed out that their names end in ROM and RAM. You know, informatics stuff. If these two are man-made Pokémon, that could explain their mechanical looks.

Considering that Reshiram has a freaking JET ENGINE on its tail and Zekrom seems to be encased in either a plastic or metal shell, that's a pretty good assumption.
