To elaborate:
I downloaded SS about three hours after it came out, and Jeno came in today with his copy of HG. We had a battle and I WOULD HAVE SMASHINGLY WON IF HIS LAST MON WASN'T A SABLEYE WITH WONDER GUARD
nb. wonder guard is an ability which means that the pokémon takes no damage unless it's super effective
sableye has no weaknesses, hence you can't do damage to it unless you poison it or something
the only mon I had which would have been able to damage it fainted because I used curse
If I hadn't have done that, just switched out instead, I would have been able to use curse and then just stall for time being hit by his other ridiculous hacked moves
