Trying to gain access to your accounts.  Someone in a group I'm in sent me a chat request and sent me that. The .t35.com rang alarm bells for me, considering I've seen other users be sent similar links. Just a reminder for you guys. Be vigilant against these fools. Report them via their Steam page, block them, and so on. Do not randomly click on links from a random chat request from anyone. |

I've seen these sort of things on Hotmail and Facebook too, as in a virus sending links through real user's accounts, usually while they're offline or appearing offline at least. I normally just tell them they're infected and don't click on the link, although I would be lying if I said I didn't plough right into it the first time around. Luckily the virus (more accurately, the infecting package) was a batch file which couldn't run on my linux system.

I usually just call bullsh*t right away and then ask them why they try and hack. Most don't reply, some reply with "because I want free games, duh", and one guy replied with "because I'm trying to take over Valve".
