The gaming con was AWESOME. Among other things (such as LFR, Pathfinder and a cute little D6 system called Cat), I got to play ORKS!, in which our orks were in space - which was just worth it in every way. Needless to say, the game ended when we blew up the ship. There were many amusing deaths before that, though, including one ork (mine, actually) committing suicide by chewing his way out of a lift in search of the 'orrid little humie driving him mad with the lift music. And the hippie ork. Oh man, the hippy ork.
Significant presents were a set of new speakers, a bunch of geeky t-shirts, a necklace with geeky connotations, £40 worth of D&D books (geez, WotC-Hasbro, how much money do you want?) and a DVLA provisional license application form.
...FE. I-I'm in exactly the same situation xD;; and then I run out of things to say and I feel bad for starting a conversation when I didn't have enough things to say!
