So far I can make out:
Jin: Looks exactly like Jin (sans hairstyle). Those gloves are badass.
Eddie Gordo: OMG HIS COSTUME IS SPOT-ON, AND HE DOES CAPOEIRA BITCHES!
Nina and Anna: Surprisingly spot on, though unfortunately you don't see them enough in the trailer.
Kazuya: He's had a haircut and grown a mustache. Yup, he looks nothing like Kazuya, but badass nontheless.
Yoshimitsu: Spot on again.
Heihachi: Yah, apparently that old guy is meant to be Heihachi. I know right?
Raven: Not that hard to pull off, so hardly surprising that he looks like him.
Jun Kazama: I think that's her anyway. During the part where he says "Your mother put up quite a fight". She's a haircut and a pair of denim hotpants away from being her, though I assume this is meant to be "motherly Jun".
Christie Montiero: That woman flirting with Jin. Yup, I think that's her. You can see her fight Nina briefly using capoeria moves, and also she looks like her. That and Christie is well known for her slutty dancing.
NOTE: According to some random people, this movie is actually an indie film (not a Hollywood film), hence why the characters look spot on for the most part.
