Because we're idiots that can't wait for more than 5 seconds of footage. And So wait, does Sonic 4 mean that they're retconning the plot (as in, ignoring the SADX, SA2, StH2k6, and SU plots), or is this simply bridging the gap between S&K and SADX? Don't ask me where Sonic CD fits in to all this. They're doing what's right and pretending 1995-2009 never happened. No they're not. Pretty sure they've already said that Sonic 4 is between S3K and Adventure. |

What I don't get is all the complaining I've been reading about the 'new style' sonic and the homing attack. Because none of the classic games added things over each other right? Because you could spin-dash in Sonic 1, correct? Because Sonic in Sonic 3 looks exactly the same as he did in Sonic 1, right? My point is, it wouldn't be a proper sequel to the original series if it didn't add some newer elements. Some people are too stupid to realise that, apparently.

Meh, they've already mentioned that Sonic 4 isn't going to stop them from making their bundles console games, so yeah there will be a direct continuation from Unleashed, as well. :/
