Anyone have it? Care to recommend any good places, preferably well populated ones (all of the ones i've been to so far that apparently had high traffic were more deserted than a Chris Brown gig)?
On the main grid, my name is Tauro Yowman. Today I won L$27 on a Zyngo machine (effectively making me about L$11 in profit). :3

After hearing first hand from a man that it was the cause of his divorce from his wife, and he is unable to even entrust his cats with his ex-wife because she's so 'engrossed' with the game, I'll give it miss considering the kinds of people I'll meet on there >>
As with any socialising MMO.

There's always been an underlying creepiness to Second Life. I mean, a lot of MMOs consume people's life, but only this one goes so far as to try and simulate it...

Everything I ever did in SL can be done better in GMod anyway.

Well, my dad says to use the search function - pick the genre of sim you want to play and search for that; be persistant, be friendly (the roleplayers hide from noobs and newbs alike because sometimes it's hard to tell the difference).
If you want to play sci-fi he can recommend a place called Exogenesis, but he warns that it can be very cliquey. Very.
Also be prepared to stay up late at night - he says with shadows under his eyes; I know he was up til 2 last night - because most of the roleplayers are Americans.
Don't be afraid to meet people in the shopping sims attatched to the places with the type of roleplay you want to do (so if you want to play cyberpunk, for example, and the search comes up with places that sell cybernetic enhancements and such) - you might meet somebody else there who can introduce you to a decent sim for it.
