Some of the boards work. They give that "Document Contains no Data" message.
But as far as I can see, the forum is rather nicely designed. I like the colour scheme and it isn't too busy.
However, the number of gaming forums named for their creator on the internet now probably number in the millions, so your site probably isn't going to attract that much attention. You need a site purpose that distinguishes it from your average newfag. For example, SV focuses on (or at least used to) on Sonic hoaxes. There aren't that many sites dedicated to Sonic hoaxes. It is therefore original. If you can come up with a purpose that will interest people and cause discussion, you're laughing.
And one other thing. (I think Tené's guide mentions this.) Never, ever use free admin privilages as a way of getting people to join. Not only does it not work, it makes you look like a complete n00b.

Actually, That one was a test. The new and better looking one is at jdfilms.forumotion.com/index.htm. Yes, the icons for posts are from Xband for SNES. Because, in my eye, they're good forum icons. |

Actually, That one was a test. Oh god. You don't know how much fail you caused by saying that. Still, this new board looks WAY better, but it's still not perfect. Try starting out small, them add more and more boards, or else it'll get confusing. That's how SV started. With just General, Hoaxes and the Ads one. |
