blueTunesAn online media player that lets you play your music online, ANYWHERE. 8Bit fmAn online radio station that plays geek-like music, 8Bit style music (8Bit Unchained Melody FTW), VG music, remixes and, at night, orchestrated vg music. EPIC. Zone 98Mexicali's #1 80's - 90's music station. Did I mention it features NO MEXICAN MUSIC AT ALL? 100% American and British hits. Got a music site to share? That's not your own? (I'm looking at you, Neo) Share it here!

The Music LoungeCreated back in March when TIMGUL went under a little.. kerfuffle. Unfortunately, TIMGUL went back down a week-or-so ago and The Music Lounge serves as a sort of backup.

Slacker.com. But like Last.fm and Pandora, is only accessible in the US. If you are in the US though, you can also buy a portable internet radio that preloads music from the sight so you can take it with you anywhere. It also has apps for the iPhone and Blackberry.

Oh. For some reason, when you said "last.fm and Pandora, which may or may not still be under region lock" I assumed you were saying both of them were under region lock.
