Post by D00D64: AM I GONE OR WHAT on May 6, 2009 6:36:54 GMT 10
SO UH YEAH I STARTED A NEW SERIES A WHILE AGO: (Click for archive and description) (FYI, Sonic AIDS is not over. Far from it, infact.) So I got this idea for a comic and, unlike all of the OTHER ideas I'm withholding, just HAD to do. However, the comic itself took forever just to start; I actually made the first issues in FEBRUARY, and didn't even post some until March, and even then, it was only on Smack Jeeves and Drunk Duck. Why? Well, I didn't think you would be interested. But what the hell, here it is. Basically, it's a Pokemon comic with a more serious tone than Sonic AIDS. But it still has humor, though it's not a Dead Baby Comedy like Sonic AIDS, so it doesen't take Refuge in Audacity. Also, said humor is usually just for comedic relief, or making what would be boring parts more interesting. WITH THAT BEING SAID HERE IT IS: ISSUE 1: ISSUE 2: ISSUE 3: ISSUE 4: ISSUE 5: Comments plz.

Enjoyed it immensely. Well done, good sir.

I am conflicted. On one hand, the plot sounds like a bad fanfic, but on the other hand, it's pretty funny... D;
Thumbs up, I'll see how this goes.
Knowing that Red might be involved amuses me for obvious reasons.

Gosh the plot makes me go "Bollocks!".
But it's actually a bit amusing. And plus seeing Red makes me curious because he's the biggest badass of the Pokémon Multiverse.
Edit: Below post made me chuckle.

Hmm, interesting. Though I'm curious as to how Leaf if a Pokémon/human hybrid when she clearly looks hu-

I like this, it's amusing and whilst the plot is a bit odd (and I think you could've made more of a mystery around Leaf's origin for suspense - but the scene surrounding that was funny so I'll let that go) I found myself wanting to read more. It's good.

As I said in C/C, it's a nice comic. The plot sounds like crap, but when it gets right down to it, it's BECAUSE YOU'RE A TRAINER! actually pretty good! Love the manga references, and the olde dressed Green.
