Well, the number 1999 consists of 4 digits, one of them 1, the rest 9. The last 9 relates the the last 9 digit in the number, in this case, the one in the units 'column'. This 9 is slightly below the rest of the digits. Now I hope that I don't have to explain anything like that again. Please. And please don't say I've wasted my time. =(((((((

Solid. Never ever ever use JPEG for anything smaller than a photograph. Ever. It has a habit of overcompensating for its small size by SMASHINGLY everything up at that point.
If you're using MS paint, stop it. MS paint is one of the worst savers ever. Get Paint Shop Pro or something, or even Gimp. Hell, pirate photoshop, does the same thing.
Your avatar is beautiful. Draw it yourself? If so: You've a better artist than every single one of the curs that's responded to your hoaxes with idiocy (Cept maybe Tron if he ever draws again), and you should feel proud and superior and make fun of them.

I'm pretty sure he just nicked it from DevArt.
MS Paint is good for spriting but not much else. Definitely get Photoshop, it works wonders for JPEGs.
EDIT: and yes save as PNG

I never said it was mine. I'm just using as an avatar until I can finish off my own sprite, but if avatars are just made for images that the user has created, i'll remove it now
