Yes, Barkley. Charles Barkley.

The most epic RPG I have played since Phantasy Star 4 and Chrono Trigger.

It has an interesting yet funny storyline, EarthBound/Mother style of encountering enemies, even has an interactive battle system.

EDIT: Unless they're just THAT GOOD at making evented features in RM2K.

But they ARE really freaking good at using the features. Hell, I have NEVER seen anyone make an interactive battle system in RPG Maker.
