I would use the proper shut down actually, because I care for my hard drive and try to keep it from getting corrupted-- something that could happen in an unexpected shutdown.

But I couldn't access the Start Bar. There was no other option than to override it. Meh, it all works now.

If it's easier to switch off the power to your PC than hold a button for a few seconds, you really need to reconsider your PC layout.

As in, try not to have the plug exposed where it is easily accessible. It would be too easy to shut the power off by accident.

Which ROM hacker so you use? I know that ESE uses IPS patching, but they kill ROMs. I SonED, but I can't figure how to do it in SonED..

I just got a new gamepad after my last one broke five years ago, but whenever I play a game (normally Kega Fusion, ZSNES, and some racing games) with it, the screensaver comes on after ten minutes. I want to know if anyone's got an idea how to stop it, OTHER than turning off the screensaver (whenever I do that, I forget to turn it back on when I go away for a while). And, for the record, ZSNES's "Disable screensaver" option does not seem to work.
