www.atmosphir.com/This thing looks awesome. In short, you're able to create 3D levels for your own game, are able to play other levels from the site and can edit them to see the mechanics. Whilst you can only have the one playable character.. who knows? Maybe in the future SVTG could go 3D... (also it's free, for both Mac and PC.) I'd sign up for the beta myself, but my computer's crap when it comes to system requirements. ;_;

This looks pretty good! Finally! I'll be able to do a game I've been planning to do!
Oh, and don't show this to PK.
Actually, do.

It looks nice, but I can't help but feel a drag and drop game engine would be a bit restrictive.
Nevertheless, I shall sign up and see.

DUBBEL POAST
I downloaded the beta version of the game today, and I must say it's really good. Although it does lag on larger levels, the control system is smooth (and completely customisable) and the level editor works great.
However, there are a few problems I must point out:
- As I've already said, the game does lag on larger levels. - You can't select multiple blocks at once for editing. You have to change the properties of each individual block. - When editing lower platforms, you can't see the higher ones, so you can't use them for reference. - There are very few objects to work with without creating your own. This goes for textures.
I hope all of the problems will be addressed when the full version is released, and I think this will turn out to be a great game creation tool.

It's not a bump, hasn't even been a month. Let's incarcerate him anyway. It's what all the authorities do these days
