Do you remember a hack like "Sonic the Hedgehog - Lost lands 1?
Of course! This hack originally grew out from a remix version of the earliest version of that hack. The remix was made by me. I made the
remix because of the inspiration i got when seeing those zone titles.
I was planning to release that aswell but instead i wanted to make a hack of my own out of that remix and since then it has come what it is now.

Previous versions & unreleased versions:

Ver 1 - The wery first version of this hack.

Ver 2 - Second version of the hack basically had first zone done.
First version released

Ver 3 - Editing of GHZ had started.GHZ had some differeces due to it being in the making.

Ver 4 - This was the second version to be released.

Ver 5 - Had a bad attempt at the title screen palette.

Ver 6 - Version 6 amazingly ended up with 5 different variations. Some of them were patches or upgrades.I posted main version only.

Ver 7 - With ver 7, upside down boxes appeared and most of the green rocks act1 layout was in place.

Other than mostly being a recolor of Sonic 1...

Some sprites of Sonic are messed up. His head goes all weirdy when he's running, and his tilted fast run has no head at all. And his balance sprites have cut off edges.

Zone 1: There's a few glitches like going through walls at times, but mostly it's playable. The walls you need to roll through could use better placement.

Zone 2: If you're trying to say 'Ancient Temple Zone', then there's a typo in the title card.
This one is just a recolor of Marble Zone. Add some more stuff to it, like secret paths or something. And the lava looks like milk. Milk that shoots fire.

Zone 3: Didn't notice anything wrong here. The choice of colors could be better, and it needs more differences from Spring Yard Zone. This is as far as I got.

Special Stage: Exact same as Sonic 1's.

I thought i fixed all those bugs in that zone.
Ok going through it again and fixing all possile "holes".

Thats not milk-lava, its water.

I know i havent been here much or made new sprites/hoaxes lately because i have always something else in my way thats need to be done. If you think that im one of those members
who just register and forget about this place, then in not one of them. I have neglected one of my most valuable hobby and project lately:
Sonic the hedgehog - New Lands 1. And yes, i have done some small hacking stuff like testing out sonic 2 hacks that have some bits and pieces of what Sonic the hedgehog - New Lands 2 might have in it.
And i finally figured out how to use soned 2 (yay!!). So im saying this:
If you know how to hack sonic asm, raise your hand.

As Sonic fans, we see the new games that make us cringe; the games that make us ashamed to like the series. People say Sonic is dead and that he's never coming back—I disagree. I think that all it takes is someone with the right ideas and the means to achieve them in order to create a modern Sonic game that can truly be considered great. There are many factors involved, but one thing is clear—Sonic will not die as long as we don't let him. Every ROM hacker who has ever achieved something great knows this. Design is key; management is even more vital.

People will see me get upset over what seem to be inane things. The Sonic formula, in my opinion, is something very delicate, and must be treated as such. When you deviate too far from what makes Sonic such a fun game, you get stuff like Shadow the Hedgehog, Secret Rings, and Sonic 06. From the moment i saw megamix i instantly set it as the height of all hacks should be, but when i contacted tweaker in youtube (half of what youre about to hear read was my fault) i asked some stuff and he responded rudely, i dont exactly remember what,how and why but from the moment it happened i knew i hated tweaker but howewer not his hack, so i started reading about hacking more and more, until i was able to do a few test-hacks. Some time later, i registered on sonic cult and posted some of my hacks there. unfortunately i am not able to retrieve the links from those two topics as i got ip banned the first time. second time was a few years later when the ip ban was removed in hoping that id newer return. they were wrong. i did came back but i didnt do anything and i got nailed "TRUE SONIC FAN", i newer understood what that meant (still dont)and with that, i left sonic-cult forever and added it as a site id hate forever. So as to fight against megamix, my decision was "silent war", my plan was not to make a move until i was done with my hack, but then came this:

at that point i knew thta there probvably wasnt going to be any more megamix releases but the hack will still be released and thats all i needed to know because megamix had fallen without me doing nothing to it. but seeing as megamix was newer going to be released probably ever again made my hack pointless and unnessesary. So i thought why not just hack for my own fun just like i intended to do at the wery beginning and here i am saying this
with the inspiration i got from tweakers post:
I consider tweaker no longer my enemy. also, if anyone knows how to work with asm, raise your hand.

I can handle gfx, layouts, object layout and maybe music but i need someone who could teach me the basics of asm or at least help me with my hack (again) raise your hand.
