Some options have been found, infact three.
The first is Fairmount (depending on whether or not I get accepted), another is a friends' site I'll keep secret until we can announce it ^_^

The third is paid hosting, I've found a host that - shock horror - I could probably afford. But I'll attempt to exhaust decent free options before we go that way...

Jonodude: Nah, I didn't get in trouble with wootboard, they're just closing.

Geewoody: I don't have a server that can be kept online for any decent amount of time, otherwise I would. Comcast is no option.

I don't know the maximum), but you have to register for their internet and stuff, which like costs money.
