Make sure to draw the mitten part of the fist turning instead of just drawing an oblong on top of another oblong for the fists. Also, these people have SHOULDERS. DRAW THEM. XD

Just look at some Spyro the Dragon pictures to get the head and wings right. =P

Shiver, ALWAYS start with a circle for the head, or else you get the problem your previous picture had, where it looks like they've received a blunt force trauma to the forehead.
EDIT: And yes, I am aware that Echidnas drawn in the Sonic style generally have sloped foreheads, but they still have some shape to them.
