If i knew how to make or find SEMI transparent speech bubbles i could start the comic. The only thing I could think of to do is draw a grid pattern, like so: [][] [][] [][] [][] [][] [][] [][] [][] [][] [][] [][] [][] []The red squares being speech bubble pixels and the other squares not.

Another thing is if you are going to make the speech bubbles with that grid method, make it a square/rectangular one, for convenience.

If you have paint, just draw diagonal lines with a slope of one (5X5, 45X45....) two pixels away from each other horizontally. then, when you have enough, copy and paste the grids next to each other to make a larger grid.

When I first started I had a bit of speechbubble woes too, so I use this sheet in Paint. (It's made up of Fire Emblem speechbubbles, modified Fire Emblem speechbubbles and heavily modified Sonic Battle speechbubbles. It's my own personal sheet, but you don't need to credit me.) ...and this tutorial for Photoshop.

Mmk. I watched the first 20 seconds and have some tips for you: Never, EVER record the videos while you're playing them, or whatever you did. CamStudio is meant to record you playing games or doing tutorials and stuff. The quality is crap. Download the videos yourself. Don't know where to get them? Use Shadow of a Hedgehog or Vixy.Net. Compare my videos. I've got a couple of Sonic AMVs there, but they're pretty old.
