I'll be blunt...
~Sprites are blurry. ~Sprites are uncorrectltyy proportionate to the background. ~Humour is lacking. ~Text lines too close together. ~Too much text. ~Text is left justified (center justify it). ~DON'T EVER USE RED ON BLUE OR VISA VERSA! Go for less gaudy colour combinations like black and white. ~Hardly anyone uses the old Genisis sprites anymore. If you're just using Sonic characters, go for Advance sprites instead. ~Even if you were to stick with Genisis sprites, the ground is not meant to tile like that to my recollection. ~Humour is lacking. ~I see you're trying to be random, but it's not the good random. Good random is having an unexpected punchline which not only catches the reader off guard, but still fits within context. Bad random is when it's FORCED DOWN YOUR THROAT. The second comic is a good example of the latter ("Hi, i'm Knuckles and I just kicked you." "I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" "No U.") ~Borders and margins would be nice. Basically try and improve the overall layout.
And i'm sorry if this all seems harsh, but let me put it this way: Compared to the kind of comments you will recieve if you don't improve, i'm an old lady going "oh how lovely".

Yeah, use actual size sprites, stack the frames in rows of two (it's easier to read, less scrolling), and consider lengthening the comic to more than three frames to have more time to set up a punchline. Unless you have quick timing, three doesn't seem like enough. There needs to be some more improvement humor-wise. Watch some sitcoms or something. Get a feel on how the characters interact with each other to deliver punchlines without sacrificing realism. Humor is the most important thing you need. It doesn't matter if it IS a sprite comic, humor is paramount.

I have taken a KIPPERS on my monitor and made better comics than this. (Note: I have never actually KIPPERSted on my monitor.)

Over 9000 hours in MSPaint.
Ok. Now for some actual critique...
START WITH 10/10 -2 for blurry sprites. -2 for speech bubbles. Try and make them semi-transparent or something. -3 for humor. The first one reminded me of Seinfeld. Oh, and it's not funny. (PROTIP: Not a lot of people here like G/PG type humor. Go with PG-13.) -1 for ninja'd up sizes of the blurry sprites. -2 for using Red and Blue on top of each other. Try colors, like Black and white or something. -1 for that Knuckles sprite in the last panel. Did you make that yourself? (Note: If proven wrong, I'll take this one off.) -2 for crunching text together to fit in one speech bubble/box.
OVERALL: -3/10
If you don't improve by your next try, it would be best for you to give up.

1) I don't know about you, but I don't use semi-transparent speech bubbles, niether does Breaker. But if you want to, copy the area you want to put text on. Copy/Paste it into Powerpoint, and raise the brightness up. Then Copy/Paste that back into the comic. 2) The reason your sprites are blurry is because they're too big. Either use a better emulator or go on one of the many Sonic sites devoted to ripped sprites. Then all you have to do is Copy/Paste them into the comic and credit the ripper.

*points up to posts above*
I don't really have to say a thing about what's wrong with it. But the only thing I can say would be to learn from the mistakes, follow some tutorials and practice.

Okay!
*Lighten Thought Bubbles *Make sprites smaller as well as find ripped sites that have them *Use Classic Genesis sprites *Find New thought bubbles
I can do all that!

Copy/Paste it into Powerpoint, and raise the brightness up. Then Copy/Paste that back into the comic. NO. NO. NO. For MS Paint: First, type your text, with the transparency [off]. Then, use the rectangle tool (unfilled) to close in the white around the text. There you go, bona fide speech bubble in Paint. Please use appropriate font and size when using this. Don't have it filling up more than a third of your panel. Photoshop: Use the text tool to type your text. Then, add a layer underneath that of the text and add an ellipse witht he ellipse tool (make sure your selected color is white). OR, just add text. double-click the layer in the layer table (don't click the word "layer"). Check "Stroke" and set your stroke to 3 px and color to black. There you go.
