www.consoleclassix.com/Now this is awesome. It's this little bit of software you download to your PC that acts as a giant emulator, but without ROMS. Instead, it's a library of free old-school games you play within the program, and there are literally thousands. You have to pay to get the full version, but the free version has hundreds of NES, ATARI and COLECO games. Try it out.

When I try to find ROMs, this ALWAYS pops up for some reason. But yeah, what Bish said.

It was a rhetorical question...and I wasn't asking what OTHER website uses it, but what TYPE of website uses it.
And if you really need an answer, POORLY DESIGNED ONES.
