Also, you don't need more than one admin. SVMB's pretty large, and we get away with Matt and the three musketeers mods. You have 11 members: it's not good that seven of them have administrative or sub-administrative power.
Also also, too many boards. Both of your latter categories could be consolidated into single boards.
