It's supposed to not have a face. My human character doesn't have a face. And people, be specific about what I should do so I can fix it.

Alright. For one thing, the colour scheme is too monotonous. So make it a little more colourful. An at least put something where the face should be, so that it shows that it isn't meant to have a face rather than you being lazy.
