You may have noticed lately that Cheesy has been using water-based attacks. I could go into a 5-page, extremely long explanation of that, but I don't think I will. I'm just going to give a few quick facts.
1: Cheesy is a water elemental.
2: Cheesy learned control of his powers by observing Chaos fighting.
3: Cheesy can control liquids other than water, such as acid and gasoline. Even liquid nitrogen.
4: Cheesy is able to increase the amount of any liquid while in super-form.
5: Cheesy can create normal water to ride on, even when not in super form.
Just thought I'd inform you. If you actually want the humongous explanation, then PM me.
