The filters have always been weird like that. If I really want to swear on here, I just stick a without the spaces in the middle of the word (like "fuck"). It tricks the forum software into thinking it's two separate words. That's only when I really NEED to though, like when saying "No shit Sherlock" or if I want to be exceptionally British (read: shite).

"::The Lantern::" is really quite good. Not sure why you didn't Photoshop out the ugly pencil marks though (like to the left and right of the teal section).

"A much needed tribute" looks like some crazy printed circuitboard/gear complex. I like.

For "DOODLER", the background is way too bright. The focus of the picture is this furry thing - she (or he, you never know) should stand out the most and have the most detail. But if the background is just as bright as the thing, it doesn't really 'pop'. It especially doesn't look good at 7:16 on a Monday morning!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I just get a little tired with using PS to correct things that I leave large bunches of things uncorrected, or I get busy with a more minor problem and miss out on big ones. In the case of ::The Lantern::, I pooped out trying to fix a coloring issue since my sister mis-painted the Hexface sigils(?) so I spent a few minutes making them the "proper" color (red+gold) and I didn't notice the problem with the pencil marks until you pointed it out just now, thanks


I admit I overdid it with the background on DOODLER and now I realize Redgirl's eyes look a little bloodshot too. They're oddly pink X__x
By the way, if I'm messing up with gender differences you might need to speak clearer...
