Seen it. Pretty awesome.
Basic plotline involves the show being cancelled and replaced with something that strongly resembles a South Park cartoon (IRL, South Park took over Drawn Together's timeslot after Season 3 ended and was never renewed) called "The Suck My Taint Show". The running theme is that apparently "The Suck My Taint Show" can get away with being just as crass and offensive as Drawn Together due to it being classed as 'social commentary' (those who watch South Park will understand this).
And of course, the Drawn Together gang are meant to be erased after being cancelled, and sent after them to do the job is Intelligent Smart Robot Animation Eraser Lady.
Yup, I.S.R.A.E.L. This of course leads to some wonderful puns.
Jew Producer: Don't you feel bad destroying innocent people who have never wronged you?
I.S.R.A.E.L: EVERYONE HAS WRONGED I.S.R.A.E.L!
Jew Producer: Really? Well if that's how you feel perhaps it's better for all of us if you don't exist.
I.S.R.A.E.L: *pointing a gun at Jew Producer* I.S.R.A.E.L HAS EVERY RIGHT TO EXIST!
Oh, and it should be noted that I.S.R.A.E.L is voiced by Seth McFarlane.
So yeah, the movie involves the gang going to places such as the Disney Kingdom, Bedrock, and other such places, all to reach "Make-a-Point Land" so that they can get a point, allowing them to be accepted as social commentary and get put back onto the air.
The story and jokes are pretty run of the mill for Drawn Together. A bit like The Simpsons The Movie, it's essentially just a feature length episode (specifically a Season 3 episode*), so if you like Drawn Together you'll find the movie enjoyable.
The only problem I had with it was the animation. Drawn Together was originally cancelled because it took too much money to animate it. As such, the movie is done using Flash Animation, and it shows. Despite this the animation is still really good, and I can easily see Drawn Together living on as a high quality webtoon, though there are moments when the characters faces (especially Clara, she suffers from it the worst) look plain awkward...I think it's the eyebrows.
Of course the voice acting is still top notch as always. What do you expect from a cartoon starring Tara Strong, Cree Summer, James Arnold Taylor, and Jess Harnell to name a few.
But anyways, yeah, if you like Drawn Together you definitely need to see it.
*I say this because each season of Drawn Together was quite different. Season 1 was heavy on the "Reality TV show" references (plenty of confessionals, the editing, "Do you like how, I sing a love song?", and all that), Season 2 concentrated more on elaborating specific characters personalities, and Season 3 consisted mostly of wacky adventures. The movie mostly follows Season 3 style writing, though does at a couple of times move into Season 2 territory (there's a sub plotline involving the characters realising that they're all just copies of other real cartoon characters).
