It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't have the chin strap and the eyebrows. Even then, I don't know if I'd want to pre-order a game that may or may not stink just so I could get the hat. |

It's the Cheeriest of the bunch.
Also, just S3. S&K uses a different one.
I'm more interested in this video, tho.
I smell cheery waggle on the Special Stage.
It reminds me of Sonic 1 Bouncy Edition's Special Stage.
