That Chell sprite (which is obviously an edit of the sprite in your avatar) doesn't look right. It looks like it wouldn't really animate well. It also looks a little too cutesy for Portal. The cursor is also too small and the blue portal looks too hard to see to be viable for gameplay.

For a game which its main point is two DIFFERENT COLOURED TEAMS fight to win, I think a game with NO COLOUR would not work well. Even if they are labelled, who the hell would play this.
Edit: To make it constructive:
It needs to be a believable game idea. TF2 on the Gb would not be believable, therefore not hoax well.

I couldn't actually find a sample of the Colour's pallettes online, so I instead was careful to use no more than 56 colours concurrently. Even if it's not exact, it's likely those colours (or very close matches) are in the pallette.
