I used to watch this all the time, but after seeing the "new generation", it just isn't as good anymore.

The writing just isn't doing it for me any more. I don't think it's anything to do with the actors, I think it's just the fact that Davies was awesome and he is no longer writing for them.  |

The first three episodes of the new series were great, but I must confess that with the Angels one I've simply lost interest.

What the hell is wrong with all of you? The new writing is immense, new Doctor is immense, and if you're complaining about jumping the shark then why the hell are you watching Doctor Who?

I take back what I said, the second part made up for it. I love Steven Moffat's writing overall, just not really a fan of the first part. The writing just isn't doing it for me any more. I don't think it's anything to do with the actors, I think it's just the fact that Davies was awesome and he is no longer writing for them. RTD was terrible bad not that great decent for the most part, but some of his writing got lazy near the end. |

The other day, I watched the one with all those angels that goes into the person eyes or something. Anyway, I thought this was kind of a good idea, but then, at the end, it just resolves it in the simplest way possible.
But yeah, I think that the new generation's alright. Not the best, but still good.
