Dick moves, and SMUG BASTARDS! For example, Hojo in Dirge of Cerberus, shooting Vincent simply because he had some qualms about his experiments. Then he goes and acts like a smug bastard, like he's so hip and cool for SHOOTING AN UNARMED MAN SIMPLY BECAUSE HE WAS LOSING AN ARGUMENT. Why did you play that terrible game? If it's of any consolation, I never got further than the third level (I always kept on restarting it so I could try and save all the people in the first level, which is pretty much impossible).

Okay, that may be, but I've gotten much farther than that. Haven't played in ages, though >>;

@fe: Your MUM played FE7?! Hats off to her. My mum will only play Wii Sports/Fit. I tried to introduce her to MGS3, but I hadn't played it in a while and so my suckage at it gave her a strange first impression. Also she's deathly freaked out by snakes.

My mother only played Wii Fit. She generally watches me.
And screamed whenever I played World of Warcraft. Because everything would always go wrong. XD

Pah, mom only plays Casual Popcap Games. Dad on the other hand, likes FPS's, strategy games, games about WWII (He's a WWII addict) and any Star Wars/Star Trek games.

My mum is always better at games than me. Always has been. I've yet to beat Egg Golem in SA2b. She's beat all the levels, but dislikes repeating levels, so considers it done.
I also have memories of my mum playing Sukoiden 2, and me lamenting that she couldn't save the chick because we didn't have a copy of Sukoiden 1.

DOPIC TERAILED
But yeah. When I was 6 or 7 I remember crying out of fear when I got to the final boss in Wario Land 3 because my friend said it was gonna jump out of my Game Boy Color and kill me. Other than that, I got nothing.

I'm crying in frustration, sadness, and laughter for the fact that I can't beat Glass Joe on Title Defence Mode

I've never cried for a video game. Probably because I, too, have testicles.¹
However, I've always regarded Sgt. Johnson's death in Halo 3 as a dick move.²
¹Bigger than CC's. ²Seriously, the dude was killed by a trash can. After surviving ninjaing hordes of alien yetis. With SMASHINGLY lasers.

Quite a lot of my friends cried at Pan's Labyrinth. I have never cried at a video game or movie... that I can remember.

Also some Mario g- Oh yeaahhh. She had a Master System II. Sonic the Hedgehog and other old games etc. A couple years back I was sure she had Need for Speed Underground. Probably borrowed it briefly :B My Aunt and cousins on the other hand, played Wii Fiit and Mario Kart, andprobbly more, I haven't been to their place in a while. Basically I'm the only one in this place that plays games now. Except when I invite friends over.

On the subject of parents playing games, my father was the one that made me like the MGS series. And my mom only plays Donkey Kong and Bomberman

Bomberman, one of my (female) friends loves that game. And she grew up with the Genesis. And wants me to lend her for a bit Sonic Mega Collection, just so she could spend hours on MBM.
Why do most of the girls I know, and actually hang around and laugh (unlike the rest) are gamer girls?
My best friend kicked my ass in Mario Strikers. How does she dare throw a Bob-omb right after I throw a goal!? It's like, the whistle blows, and POW, right in the kisser.
