Meh. I don't play this game for the FF aspect, I play it for the strategy.
..
Fine. And the ability to have an almost unmissable chance to instantly kill someone. Concentrate + Last Breath is win.

I own the game and have beaten it. All the way. All additional party members, classes, etc. So yeah, I have a reason. FFT and FFTA2 both had better plots. ..You've played the game you're criticizing. While that is surprising, you still have yet to provide a single reason that the plot sucks, so once again, you're just screaming at us without any proof. [SPOILERS] Next thing that happens is that Mewt shows both Ritz and the MC a strange book. Then they get sucked into it. MC gets found by two Bangaas. They think the MC stole something (I forgot what) and proceed to attack him. A moogle named Montblanc suddenly appears out of nowhere and helps the MC. THERE, HAPPY?

Mewt is a vampire. He's allergic to water. I thought it was witches that were allergic to water or something. No, they just float in water because God rejects them ( ?)

Witches float, I thought vampires only couldn't cross running water.

Witches float, I thought vampires only couldn't cross running water. I thought the headless horseman couldn't cross running water. I remember something like that vampires couldn't cross a threshold uninvited.

Witches float, I thought vampires only couldn't cross running water. Yeah. They also can't cross oceans, whether that counts as 'running' or not. I wasn't sure what to put, though. :/ Alternatively, he could just be, y'know, actually allergic to water. It is possible.

The myths about witches, vampires, and other mythical beings are so diverse that no one can factually say that their version is right. It's equally valid, unfortunately, to say that vampires are turned to ash by sunlight as it is to say that they just sparkle perfectly.
EDIT: As for you, Therio, yes, that's a cheesy plot. Unfortunately, it is by no means the "worst plot ever" or whatever the hell you said. I don't feel like going back to look.

The problem with the sparkling 'theory', Cheesy, is that dead skin doesn't crystallise. Otherwise everyone would sparkle in some area of their body.

Are we seriously arguing about the logistics of mythological creatures?

Except the theor behind the Vampirification doesn't precisely tell you what happens to the Vampire's skin. Of course it's gay as f*ck bullsh*t anyway. They probably just smashed open an invincibility monitor or something. [Yes, some of you will know where I sapped that from ._.]

It has the worst plot of the three FFT games. ...Did I phrase it wrong again? max: Are you going to be fighting the "true" final boss?

This is the most inane argument I have encountered in a long time.
