Yes. No more waiting. I got impatient because this is the most boring part ever. And I want to get this done now. Before I get bored and this falls apart in favour of something else. TEAM ACTIVITY: SNOWBALL FIGHT!Yeah, I’ll announce all battles like this from now on.- No, no, no. I am NOT recording a tutorial fight that goes nowhere. Here’s what gets explained. In fact, I’ll tell you how fighting works rather than showing you with snowballs that deal damage.
Units with the highest speed move first and can only go a set distance. You can redo movement as many times as you want. But once you’ve used an attack, ability or item, there’s no backstepping.
You can also choose to wait, which makes your next turn come quicker.
You can only hit people in your range. Melee fighters can only hit in the squares adjacent to them, those with spears can hit in those squares and the next ones on. Casters and ranged can hit in a set radius depending on weapon, ability or spell.
What angle you hit a person at also affects accuracy. It is better to aim from the side or back than in front because it’ll be harder for them to dodge. Also with ranged attacks like arrows, terrain will affect you. Don’t try shooting with a cliff in the way, you’ll get a ‘miss’ before you even reach the target with the projectile. And if someone else is standing in the way, ally or foe, you may end up hitting them instead.
At the end a turn, you can pick what direction to face.
Other aspects I’ll explain as we come to them, but for now that’s the basic (and pathetic) explanation of combat. ONWARD TO THE AFTERMATH!- Cue snowfight, etc etc etc. It only goes on for like, one full turn or two in which all of the opposing team aim for Mewt. And continue doing so. What the HELL is with his face? New Kid: Actually, I’d like to know how they are dealing damage. Please continue for experim- Ritz: NEW KID! New Kid: Oh fine... <missed screenshot here about kid saying he's not doing any harm> Ritz: “Sure, you’ve been aiming at Mewt this whole time!” She’s got a point. Little prissy grandma!” Ritz: “Step over here and say that again!” <cue Ritz moving in>   Mr. Leslaie: “Lyle, Colin, Guinness--I want you to come with me.” Mr. Leslaie: “Mewt, how’s your forehead?”   Will someone explain how they did damage with snowballs?! Actually, there’s a thing. Kudos and nonexistent prizes for someone who comes up with a good answer for that. And no, not rocks.

Compacted Ice gets pretty hard. With enough force it could hurt. Not only that but what if they SHAPPED IT REAL SHARP. ow  I own the game and have beaten it. All the way.
