Perhaps you could have dithered the sky more, unless it's supposed to look like that. I made it like that because it's Faceball and Doom thrown into a blender. That, and it's the first time I've modified an image and used the original palettes. Usually I go crazy and replace every color in sight.

Anyways, you don't have to modify the palettes for a dither. Dithering is when you align two different color pixels checkerboard style to create a smoother transition between the two colors. Like this: If you zoom in on the purple square, you'll see that it's made of the blue and red squares. In the days of 16-bit coloring, this was a way of getting more colors without having to program more in. Unless the sky actually looked like that from the game, you can do this fairly easy and get a better result.

Like this: I already use dithers on bigger images, but I mean "copied colors off of the image to do modifying" not "difficult replacement for dithers". Also, I tried doing the 3D image style using floor tile from 3D Blast and my forum icon, but Stay Puft just didn't match up.
