Allow me to elaborate.
Bish was the insane confessor. He was able to check the allegiance of one player per day. However, his checks reported the opposite of the target's true allegiance, since he was insane. He reported that Fiery was Nod. Since Bish reports the opposite of the player's actual allegiance, we can infer that Fiery is, in fact, GDI.

The "confessor" is just this game's investigator/detective/etc. I was never told whether I was insane or not (which is kindof the point of the game). |
