When you say "not recommended" do you mean "will result in disqualification"?

A large man in a purple cloak rubbed his hands gleefully as he stepped up to the stage.
"Oi, you lot. I suppose you all got the message from Kane. We're going to start out today, so have we got any questions?"
A Militant piped up from the corner.
"Uh, yeah. I think this is a pretty stupid idea. In fact, wouldn't it be detrimental to our ranks to-"
A shot rang out, and the aforementioned Militant was now without a head. The soldiers around him attempted to escape from the throng, which was nigh-impossible owing to the craploads of people around.
"That's a newbie question. Or should I say...A spy question!"
"...go check if that was a spy, will you? Somebody?"
"How can you tell?" yelled someone nearby.
"I dunno! Search his pockets or something!"
An abnormally long time passed before everyone was in agreeance that he was not, in fact, a spy.
"Oh well. There's thousands more where he came from."
The awkward silence was broken by one of the Fanatics blowing up for no reason. Gibs flew into the air.
"Right, well, uh...have we got any more questions?"
"Do you have any idea what you're doing?!" shrieked a rocketeer [who was currently clutching his missile launcher quite protectively].
It was decided that he was also better off headless.
"Another newbie question! Of course we know what we're doing! We're ninjaing Black Hand!"
"...go check if that was a spy, will you?"
Concerned chatter filled the room. The Black Hand officer scratched his head.
"Right, well, you all know what you're doing. I hope. Get to it. See you soon."
The group dispersed very, very quickly.
