As I mentioned on the email I sent a few of you, I'm anti-PETA. Their ideas are great, but their methods suck. A lot. I'm also on the 'kill humans save the animals' bandwagon, so if anyone wants to talk to me about that, that's fine by me [just not in this thread].
Insects have as much right to exist as other creatures, and I avoid killing them if possible, but I do agree that a 'humane fly catcher' is a bit too extreme. It's not like they're ever going to become extinct.
Unless the world ends.

There's enough flies.
And YES humans have been SMASHINGLY up the planet a fair bit really, if it was down to the survival o the planet hanging on whether or not the human race existed, I'm sure any others capable species would eliminate us, seeing as we don't have the balls to geno-suicide (thankfully).
But yeah. We at SV have the tendency to get worked up over the worked up organisations huh?

There's just no point to getting worked up over religion. It's just the same idiots on both sides reiterating the same arguments for the billionth time and no-one convinces anyone of anything. It's all about finding new, thrilling, exciting, XTREME topics to be an rear end about.

Also, because we're all spread out among different countries, I don't think mainstream politics would really come up as an issue. It would be like plugging an appliance from one country in the outlet of another. Similar, but not enough to work.
